The Train Inspection System (TIS) Checkpoint from Progress Rail provides a common software and platform. The platform has a modular design that allows integration of a number of different subsystems such as FUES-EPOS, DED, HWL, ARGOS, RFID, MIRA and other subsystems. The various train inspection systems of the TIS checkpoint are operated individually or in a checkpoint, depending on the site requirements. In addition, this system includes an integrated communication module that allows to connect several types of SCADA systems such as RAD-X. The system includes a secure communication protocol, which allows a connection to central customer monitoring systems.
MIRA
Makes level crossings safe and significantly reduces the risk of accidents occuring. Trucks, cars, and other critical objects in the danger zone and the approach area are recorded and reported.
TIS ADD (ACOUSTIC DETECTION DEVICE)
Fully integrated in the PR-Checkpoint using the existing periphery and software, can be used integrated or standalone, easy implementation in any Office System, support speeds up to 160km/h, and more
HWL (HIGH-WIDE LOAD DETECTOR SYSTEM)
The High-Wide Detector is composed of several IR sensor sets. Each sensor set is composed transmitters/receivers, mounted on a structure bridge. The detection profile is highly customizable as needed.
FUES EPOS - Easy Pull Out System
With Progress Rail’s FUES EPOS (Easy Pull-Out System) Hot Axle Box and Hot Wheel Detector (HBD), bearings, wheels and brakes can be reliably measured on the track and analyzed.
