EMDL EUROPE

With eight facilities located throughout the UK and Continental Europe, the EMDL team operates in both the rail and power/marine sectors, and is ready to serve our customers by providing full contract maintenance services, component rebuild, locomotive rehabilitation, modernization and repower, as well as EMD® OEM spare parts, warranty administration and technical support.

Additionally, the newly refurbished Longport maintenance facility has the capability to provide full locomotive overhauls, repowers and upgrades, as well as major component overhauls, including engines, bogies, and power assemblies, using only EMD® OEM equipment and components.

In Germany and Belgium EMDL provide full contract maintenance and heavy overall for a variety of fleet operators from three dedicated depot locations, as well as a network of third party maintenance locations. The warehouse facility in Germany supports both customers and contract maintenance team to ensure EMD® OEM spare parts are readily available to meet demand.
