The Excel spreadsheet in the below link can be used to determine which carrier you should award your LTL shipments to. When looking at the attached sheet, filter by the Origin State and Destination State of your shipment to determine the carrier of choice.
If you are in a Progress Rail locomotive facility and book freight through Coyote, this has already been set up within their system to select the correct carrier.
