With our vast array of in-stock wheel sets and key reconditioned component parts, we are able to provide the turnaround time needed to fit your schedule. All of our facilities have been AAR certified, and perform quality work that meets or exceeds industry standards, ensuring your car maintenance and repairs are done properly – on time and on budget.
Our variety of facilities include repair shops serving the Powder River Basin coal routes, car shops, locomotive shops, and wheel and axle shops. We pride ourselves on providing fast, dependable service, and we do so without sacrificing safety or environmental concerns. Our shops were recently awarded a Certificate of Excellence by the Environmental Protection Agency. Mobile repair crews are also available around the country.

Full-service lease agreements are normally for periods of one to seven years at a fixed, monthly rental rate.
Our full-service lease provides:
- Supply and use of the most suitable, high-quality freight car for your product application
- Maintenance and repair services that support your required utilization level
- Administrative services that enable you to use your car without any concern for regulatory issues including car registration/UMLER, property tax, use tax and damage claims
- Annual mileage cap
Our net lease option provides:
- Supply and use of the most suitable, high-quality freight car for your product application
- Net lease agreements are normally for periods of one to seven years at a fixed, monthly rental rate
- Maintenance/repairs, use tax, property tax, insurance and administrative services are the lessee's responsibility
- No annual mileage cap
Terms are normally geared toward usage of the freight car based on time and mileage.
Multiple options exist for your existing fleet that address issues such as cash flow, sale of assets or simply restructuring. We will work with you to find the solution that best fits your needs, including but not limited to:
- Purchase existing freight car owner’s cars and lease them back to you
- Purchase existing freight car owner’s cars and remarket them elsewhere
- Purchase your old freight cars, rebuild and lease to you under a set lease term/type/structure
- Provide like kind exchange options.
