General Counsel
Leah Green serves as General Counsel for Progress Rail and as Assistant General Counsel for Caterpillar Inc.
Leah attended Auburn University where she received her B.S. in International Business, magna cum laude. She received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Alabama in 2005. Before joining Progress Rail in 2012, Leah worked in private practice in Huntsville, AL for seven years, supporting clients in commercial and government contracting, employment law and regulatory support.
In her current role, Leah leads a team of attorneys that provide legal support to Progress Rail’s operations worldwide.
Leah lives in Huntsville, Alabama with her husband and two children.
