General Counsel
Leah Green serves as general counsel for Progress Rail and as assistant general counsel for Caterpillar Inc. In her current role, Leah leads a team of attorneys who provide legal support to the company’s worldwide operations.
Before joining Progress Rail in 2012, Leah worked in private practice in Huntsville, Ala., for seven years, supporting clients in commercial and government contracting, employment law and regulatory support.
Leah holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business, magna cum laude, from Auburn University and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Alabama.
Leah lives in Huntsville, Ala., with her husband and two children.
