Senior Vice President of Information Services
Larry Haskell is senior vice president of information services at Progress Rail, with responsibility for leading the company’s global information technology functions, services and governance, including infrastructure, support, cybersecurity, compliance, data and applications development.
Larry joined Caterpillar in 2022 and has worked across the enterprise to lead IT strategy development and execution for the Resource Industries Sales, Services & Technology Division (RISST) and the Autonomy & Automation Division (A&A). Prior to joining Caterpillar, Larry attained more than 25 years’ experience in various progressive leadership positions, including 16 years in the transportation industry, with a decade at Kansas City Southern Railways (now CPKC). Larry actively supports many charitable organizations, including Boys and Girls Club and United Way, and serves as co-chair of the Caterpillar Regional Corporate Social Responsibility board.
Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Lake Forest College and a master’s degree in industrial engineering management from the University of Houston.
He and his family reside in Alabama.
