Chief Compliance Officer & Senior Vice President of Corporate Services
Beth is Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at Progress Rail. She’s been with the company for approximately 12 years.
In her role, Beth has global responsibility for the people functions of the division. This expands into global oversight of risks, regulatory compliance and management systems, staffing, development and strategic planning with business units.
She serves on the board for Caterpillar’s Employee Resources Group for Disabled Employees. She and her husband work in the community by serving as liaisons for the Foster and Adoptive parents of Marshall County, as they are mentors for new foster and/or adoptive parents.
Beth is a graduate of the University of Alabama where she received a master’s in business administration. She also attended Jacksonville State University and received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree. She resides in North Alabama with her husband and children.
