The services we provide are primarily focused on the track structure and the maintenance of the track structure. Under the ETS Business Unit we are experienced in every aspect of services we provide, this include Track removal, Rail and OTM Sorting, Signal and Communication maintenance, Mobile welding and Equipment Financing / Short term rental or Long term Leasing.

Rail & OTM Sorting
Progress Rail Services is a leading supplier of Rail and Other Track Material for the Class 1 and Shortline Railroads, Railroad Contractors, Transit Authorities and Industries in North America. With our strategic locations we can deliver your Rail & OTM quickly and economically.
Track Removal
Crews and the equipment to quickly and safely remove rail and OTM from the railroad ROW. In-house design and manufacture of Hi-rail trucks that have the ability to pull gondola cars while picking up rail and OTM.
Signals & Communication
The Signal Division provides Engineering from site surveys to the completed design, manufacturing, installation and contract maintenance of centralized traffic control systems and crossing warning devices. This division has 4 facilities strategically located in the US.
Mobile Welding
Chemetron Railway Products designs, manufactures and operates both fix plant and mobile rail welders. Chemetron provides the latest technology with its DC Intrack Welders with up to 180 ton closure capabilities, Plant Rail Welding in 7 locations and a full line of equipment for welded rail transportation, loading and unloading.
Equipment Financing/Leasing/Rental
The All Track Equipment Division maintains a complete fleet of MOW equipment for long-term leasing and short-term rental with flexible financing options. In addition All Track has extensive experience rebuilding and servicing all varieties of MOW equipment with all your part needs.
