Wade Brown

Human Resources
Wade Brown, Vice President of Human Resources, joined Progress Rail in 1994. He originally served as Director of HR and Safety, and in 2002 was promoted to his current position, where he oversees recruiting, hiring, diversity, compensation and benefits for the company and its subsidiaries.
A graduate of Jacksonville State University with a degree in Business Administration, Wade has served in a number of human resource-related positions during his career, including Employee Relations Manager, Personnel Manager and Employment Manager for companies such as Wagner Brake, Trinity Industries and Alabama Power.
Throughout his career, Wade has been an active member in the community and helps provide leadership to our company's Christmas for Kids registered charity, which provides clothing and toys to children at Christmas.
