Jean Savage is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Locomotive and Railcar Services business unit of Progress Rail. She has been with the company since 2002, when she joined as Vice President for Quality and Continuous Improvement.
Jean brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our company, ranging from her time as a Military Intelligence Officer to her management, manufacturing and engineering experience with her previous employer.
She earned a B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Dayton.
