Howard Bush

International Marketing
Howard (Howie) Bush currently leads the international marketing efforts for Progress Rail Services. He joined the company in 2003 as Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning. Howie works with Progress Rail's business units to develop their strategic business and marketing plans.
Howie graduated in 1975 with a B.S. degree from the U. S. Military Academy at West Point, New York, and received his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University in 1982. He has worked with a number of companies within the rail supply industry, including CSX and Brenco, and served as President of Amsted Rail International.
