Jean-Francois Cloutier is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Transit for Progress Rail Services Corporation. Prior to joining Progress Rail, Jean-Francois held various positions in supply management and operations for Bombardier Transportation in Canada, Mexico and China. He was Business Unit Leader for Mexico, heading three manufacturing plants in Mexico dedicated to the passenger railway cars manufacturing and locomotives assembly. Most recently, he was responsible for a Bombardier joint venture in China with more than 3,000 employees involved in the design, manufacture and maintenance of high speed trains and sub-assemblies for the Chinese market.
Jean-Francois has diversified experience in managing various types of businesses with P&L responsibilities.
Jean-Francois is fluent in French, Spanish and English and holds a bachelor's degree in Law and a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
